Hello, my name is Megan Hiner. I am the founder of PenCo Revenue Solutions, LLC. I am a Certified Professional Coder (CPC), a Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA) and a member of American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). I have over 10 years of experience and knowledge within the complete HIPAA Compliant Revenue Cycle. Some of my billing and coding experience includes but are not limited to:  Physician Offices, FQHC's, Fee for Service, Physical Therapy, Radiology, Laboratory, Behavioral Health, Medication Drug Management, minor surgeries, as well as Dental.

For many years, I have had the responsibilities of setting up certain EHR processes and procedures for practices in regards to providers, coding, billing, vaccines and immunizations, mapping, reporting, templates, clearinghouses, and so much more! I will find a way to make your EHR work for you to its highest ability! I excel with the eClinical Works Software, and I have experience with Allscripts. However, there is no EHR software I can't learn and learn quickly! We all know sometimes life throws us curve balls, so when that happens, I step up, take charge, and solve the problems. These are exactly the tasks that I am accustomed to.

As your go-to CPC & CPMA, I can be a leader and trainer for the front- end processes as well as back-end processes. My career has provided me with a love for Healthcare, Revenue Cycle, and making sure the providers are getting what they deserve, from the services they provide to their communities. I put my whole heart into my job for my clients and thrive on success!
